Count Room Attendant
Location:Red Mile
FT/PT Status:Part Time

Candidate will work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.  All persons must be (18) years of age.   

 • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to operate currency/voucher counting equipment.
• Ability to use computer equipment.
• Ability to move heavy trolleys and lift heavy weight.
• Ability to count large quantities of cash and prepare proper documentation thereof. 



Performs the count function of wagering terminal monies and other outlets.

• Perform the count process of wagering box contents. 

• Commence counting functions at the close of the Operations.
• Prepare required documentation evidencing the counts.
• Comply with all relevant internal control requirements. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The employee will be required to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.  Candidate must be able to ascend and descend stairs.  Employee must have excellent dexterity of hands and fingers to use computers and handle vouchers, cash and cash equivalents.  Employee is required to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.  Employee must be able to talk and hear t?o ensure proper communication.  This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
